If you’ve booked a remote support appointment, download TeamViewer on the day of the appointment. We’ll use this free software to provide you remote support. Having issues downloading or installing? No worries! Just wait for your appointment and we’ll help you out.

At the time of your booking one of our IT technicians will call you on the number you provided.
